OneNetwork is a provider of commercial-grade hosted voice and data communications solutions for business. The OneNetwork business model generates strong annuity revenue and is focused on increasing the number of seats (phone endpoints) every month in order to grow this recurring revenue.

OneNetwork reduces the total cost of ownership compared to traditional telephone systems. Clients pay a monthly fee based on the number of phones connected to the network and the services they require rather than owning and maintaining a costly
hardware installation. Cost competitive carriage is added to the monthly rental.

OneNetwork’s business grade services cover all capital cities and regional centres across Australia offering many technologies from dialup to G.SHDSL, fibre and wireless.

OneNetwork has one of the lowest cost bases for a business grade IP telephony business in the country because it has developed and owns all its intellectual property and does not have the burden of license or royalty charges. This will drive significant returns in the future as it continues to build momentum with its dealer channel.
